What exactly happens in a 30-minute session?
Every session is guided by a trained facilitator. You will do a mix of mental activities — memory exercises, thinking tasks, expression prompts, coordination activities, and reflection. Each activity is chosen to activate a specific mental muscle. You participate throughout — it is not a lecture or a video to watch.
Do I need any prior experience or education to join?
None at all. BrainGym 365 is designed for senior citizens regardless of their educational background. If you can follow simple spoken instructions, you can do this. The sessions are conducted in simple, easy-to-understand language.
I am not very comfortable with technology. Can I still join?
Yes. If you can watch a video on your phone or TV, you can join BrainGym 365. There are no complicated steps. And when you enrol, our team will personally help you get set up the first time so you feel completely comfortable joining on your own from Day 2 onwards.
What are the available time slots?
Sessions are available in the morning and evening so you can pick what suits your daily routine. You will see the full schedule when you enrol.
Can my family member sit with me during sessions?
Of course. Many families join the first few sessions together. But the program is designed so that you can attend completely on your own once you are familiar with it.
